Anjouan betting sites are online sportsbooks operating under the Anjouan licensing framework in the Union of the Comoros. This guide examines 29Black, Rainbet and FortuneJack: all three had matching operator-and-domain records marked valid on 6 October 2026.
Advertising disclosure: we may earn commission from links below. How this works
Their payment and bonus conditions differ, and FortuneJack’s fiat withdrawal ceiling remains unresolved. Rainbet and FortuneJack expressly exclude UK players; this review establishes no featured site as authorised to serve Great Britain. The comparison assesses published terms, not a recommendation to open an account.
The table identifies the responsible businesses and documented offerings. Register entries were rechecked on 6 October 2026; product descriptions come from operator pages.
Bookmaker / domain | Anjouan register entry | Published product | Key finding or unresolved point |
|---|---|---|---|
29Black 29black.com | LunaGate Ltd ALSI-202411007-FI1 Valid B2C; domain matched. | Sports and esports alongside casino; fiat and crypto advertised. | Published withdrawal schedule; competing sports-bonus defaults. |
Rainbet rainbet.com | Rain Group Ltd ALSI-152406029-FI2 Valid B2C; domain matched. | Traditional sports, esports and live-matches navigation. | Detailed settlement rules; no universal withdrawal ceiling established. |
FortuneJack fortunejack.com | PlayWave SRL ALSI-202411021-FI1 Valid B2C; domain matched. | Sports and esports; crypto and euro payments advertised. | Sportsbook turnover rule; current fiat withdrawal ceiling unresolved. |
Operator and licence: LunaGate Ltd holds the matching B2C register entry. Its terms identify Maxrise Services as payment agent, a different role from the licence holder responsible for the account.
Sportsbook offering: The homepage presents sports and esports alongside slots and live casino. A complete live fixture inventory was not available for verification.
Payment conditions: Conventional and cryptocurrency payments are advertised. Published daily and weekly withdrawal ceilings make the release schedule relevant to larger balances, even after a bet has settled.
Bonus conditions: Its general and separate bonus documents give competing default wagering and expiry rules. The selected offer needs a clear governing set of terms before its cost can be assessed reliably.
Assessment: The payment schedule is more explicit than the promotion documentation. A player can estimate the effect of the withdrawal caps, but cannot confidently price a bonus using the conflicting defaults.
Documents: homepage, Terms of Service and Bonus Terms and Conditions; reviewed 6 October 2026.
Operator and licence: Rain Group Ltd appears in the account terms and matching B2C register entry.
Sportsbook offering: The public menu lists football, basketball, tennis, boxing, MMA, baseball, ice hockey and American football, plus CS2, League of Legends, Dota 2 and Valorant. Live Matches and My Bets navigation are visible.
Payment conditions: Cryptocurrency support is advertised and the terms discuss card processing. The reviewed withdrawal section provides a minimum but no universal maximum or fixed routine approval deadline.
Bonus conditions: Published free-bet rules distinguish the promotional stake from the profit credited after a win. This makes the reward's value different from an equivalent cash-funded bet.
Assessment: Rainbet provides detailed settlement documentation, including cash-out conditions. That helps explain how bets are treated, but does not establish when a larger cleared balance will reach the player.
Documents: Sportsbook, Terms and Conditions, Sportsbook Rules and Complaints Policy; reviewed 6 October 2026.
Operator and licence: PlayWave SRL is named in the terms and matching B2C register entry.
Sportsbook offering: Its menu lists football, basketball, tennis, ice hockey and MMA, alongside Counter Strike, Dota 2, League of Legends and Valorant.
Payment conditions: Crypto and euro payments are advertised. Sportsbook deposits have a specific turnover condition. Approval may be handled case by case, so the homepage's advertised average payment time is not a contractual deadline.
Bonus conditions: Its welcome mission advertises a free bet earned through qualifying sports wagers. The retrieved offer page did not expose all expanded conditions.
Assessment: The advertised product is clear, but the financial detail is less dependable. The withdrawal section below records the unresolved fiat-limit discrepancy. Its separate Sports T&C page could not be fully retrieved, limiting assessment of its complete settlement rules.
Documents: homepage, Crypto Sportsbook, Welcome Bonus and Terms & Conditions; reviewed 6 October 2026. The general terms display 8 August 2025 as their update date.
Use the Anjouan licence register to match the operator, licence number, exact domain, status and expiry. The three entries above were marked B2C, meaning business-to-consumer. The published licensing framework includes sports betting, but an individual operator’s authorised activities depend on its licence conditions.
The refreshed records show expiry dates of 3 November 2026 for LunaGate Ltd and PlayWave SRL, and 13 June 2027 for Rain Group Ltd. Recheck an entry after renewal or a domain or operator change; the existing record does not establish future status.
A licence check identifies the recorded business behind the site. It does not test payment reliability, establish authorisation in your country or guarantee recovery of a balance. Our Anjouan gaming licence guide explains the wider framework. For this comparison, keep the register record alongside the account terms so you can identify which operator holds your funds.
Rainbet and FortuneJack advertise football; Rainbet also displays live-matches navigation. Neither observation verifies a particular Premier League fixture or price. For a specific event, identify the competition and available market before comparing odds.
Compare equivalent bets. A regular-time winner and a team qualifying for the next round can be different selections. Rainbet’s rules exclude extra time and penalties from regular time unless expressly stated. The examples below describe Rainbet’s published rules, not conditions shared by every Anjouan sportsbook.
For a hypothetical €20 cash stake, decimal odds of 2.00 return €40 on a win; 1.90 returns €38, including the stake. That €2 difference is meaningful only if the bets cover the same outcome and settlement conditions. No simultaneous odds survey was conducted.
Rainbet’s cash-out rules permit offers to be adjusted, suspended or withdrawn. A displayed offer therefore should not be treated as guaranteed access to funds later in the match. Check that an acceptance was confirmed before assuming the bet has closed.
Rainbet’s Sportsbook Rules, section 6.2.2, use a 48-hour completion window for interrupted events, with exceptions for determined markets and sport-specific rules. Its esports provisions differ. A postponed match therefore requires the rule for that competition, not a blanket assumption that every unsettled bet is refunded.
For any disputed settlement, keep the accepted odds, market name, bet ID, event time and relevant rule. A match score alone may not resolve the case: the disagreement can concern whether extra time counted, whether a market was already decided or whether a selection was void.
The published conditions differ materially:
A transaction ceiling limits one request; a weekly ceiling limits the total released during that period. A maximum payout per bet is different again: FortuneJack’s clause 9.10 states a €300,000-equivalent maximum win, excluding jackpots. That figure does not override its withdrawal conditions.
A hypothetical €6,000 cleared balance under a €5,000 seven-day ceiling cannot all be released in that period, even if it came from one winning bet. A daily cap may require further splitting. The practical question is how much can leave the account and when, not simply whether the winnings appear in the balance.
Know your customer, or KYC, means identity and related account verification. All three operators can require checks before withdrawal, including for crypto. Ask whether a delayed request awaits documents, wagering completion, approval or transfer: each needs a different remedy. An advertised average transfer time does not establish a deadline for those earlier stages.
Assess a sportsbook promotion through qualifying stakes, minimum odds, eligible markets, expiry and withdrawal conditions. First establish whether the reward is bonus cash or a free bet earned after qualifying play.
FortuneJack’s Welcome Bonus page advertises a sports mission: deposit and wager three times to earn a 100% free bet up to $200. Its homepage advertises minimum odds of 1.3. The retrieved promotion page did not expose all expanded conditions, so these headline figures do not establish complete eligibility, expiry or withdrawal terms. A player must risk qualifying stakes before receiving the advertised reward; its face value should not be counted as cash already available.
Rainbet’s Sportsbook Rules say a winning free bet returns profit without returning the promotional stake. A hypothetical €10 free bet at decimal odds of 3.00 therefore produces €20 profit, compared with a €30 total return from an equivalent winning cash-funded bet. Other promotion conditions may still affect withdrawal; this is a stake-return example only.
29Black’s general terms state default sportsbook wagering of 15 times and 30-day bonus expiry; its separate Bonus Terms specify 24 times for sports and seven days. Offer-specific exceptions apply.
The separate Bonus Terms use real funds first and count only bonus-funded bets towards bonus wagering. They describe conversion caps of eight times for first-deposit bonuses and generally 20 times otherwise. The general terms separately require three-times deposit wagering after claiming a deposit bonus.
These provisions affect different amounts: deposit turnover, qualifying bonus stakes and the sum convertible into cash. Until the applicable offer resolves the defaults, neither its full wagering cost nor completion window can be calculated reliably. Written clarification should identify the governing rules, including whether cashed-out or void bets count.
Anjouan licensing and permission to serve your country are separate questions. Anjouan’s territorial statement says licences have no territorial restrictions under Anjouan law, while operators must comply with applicable local requirements.
Rainbet’s section 4.1.3 covers both UK residence and access; FortuneJack lists the UK in clause 16.1. These are operator exclusions. 29Black’s omission of the UK from its reviewed country list does not amount to express permission.
For consumers in Great Britain, the UK Gambling Commission’s remote guidance requires the relevant UKGC licence. For Anjouan betting sites for UK players, account acceptance and UKGC authorisation need separate evidence. A registration form supplies neither.
Our related guide to Anjouan casinos and UK player eligibility examines the same distinction for casino accounts. For a sportsbook account, check residence and current location separately, including before travelling with an existing account.
No official app-store listing was established for the featured sportsbooks. The reviewed public material supports website offerings, not a verified native-app comparison. Rainbet’s public navigation includes My Bets and Live Matches; their mobile performance was not tested.
Several operators also offer Anjouan online casinos. A shared mobile menu does not make casino and sportsbook promotions interchangeable. Before submitting a live bet, ensure the full market description and accepted odds are visible; after a connection failure, check bet history before resubmitting.
Start a settlement complaint with the operator and explain the remedy requested: corrected settlement, restored stake or release of an eligible balance. Include the bet ID and the rule supporting your position. Keep acknowledgement messages and responses together.
Rainbet’s Sportsbook Rules impose a 72-hour settlement-query window, so report a disputed result promptly rather than waiting for the general escalation deadline. Its Complaints Policy provides a dedicated complaints email, a two-business-day acknowledgement target and an initial response goal of ten business days. It allows up to 30 days for escalated investigation and identifies a compliance-manager appeal. These are published commitments, not measured response times.
Anjouan’s Player Complaint Process directs eligible complaints through the operator’s interactive seal. It specifies 14 calendar days for game-outcome disputes and 30 for account disputes, with 30 days for the operator to respond before escalation to approved alternative dispute resolution, or ADR. Communications must be in English. Follow the seal procedure as well as retaining direct correspondence, because the published process warns that other channels may not be accepted.
The policy excludes complaints from excluded territories from its stated regulatory review. It also says the authority does not adjudicate individual disputes. Confirm the applicable ADR provider before relying on escalation to recover money.
Separately, check the account’s spending controls and self-exclusion process before betting. Set a budget you can afford to lose, and do not increase deposits to recover losses or finish bonus wagering.
The evidence supports identifying these three businesses as Anjouan-listed sportsbook operators and comparing parts of their published contracts. It does not support ranking payment reliability. A stated withdrawal schedule is more useful than an advertised average, and complete promotion rules are more useful than a headline percentage. Where a limit or governing term remains uncertain, that uncertainty reduces confidence in the financial comparison. The strongest choice is the eligible operator whose relevant conditions are clear before money is committed.
Research note: public register records, operator pages and published rules were reviewed on 6 October 2026. No accounts, bets, payments or mobile apps were tested. Supporting records and retrieval limitations were saved privately. Register status, offers and account terms should be rechecked before use.
Start with eligibility and an identifiable licensed operator, then examine the sports you use, settlement rules, payment limits and complaint arrangements. For larger balances, withdrawal schedules deserve more weight than a welcome percentage. For frequent live betting, accessible settlement rules and bet history matter. No single feature establishes the best overall choice.
No. A register entry does not establish how an individual bet should settle or guarantee recovery of a balance. Accepted wagers remain subject to applicable rules and account conditions. If payment is refused, request the exact contractual reason and distinguish a settlement dispute from a withdrawal restriction.
The featured sites advertise cryptocurrency support. That does not establish that every coin, network or withdrawal method is available to your account. Check the cashier’s supported currency and network together, and confirm the return method. Crypto support does not remove identity checks or deposit wagering conditions.
A new brand may operate under an existing licence covering its operator and domain. A recent licence date is not necessarily a sportsbook launch date, and an older licence does not establish how long a particular brand has operated. Check the new site’s exact record instead of relying on the parent company’s name.
Declining a bonus avoids that promotion’s conditions, but other withdrawal requirements may still apply. The deposit wagering rules documented above are separate examples. Check verification, fees, minimum withdrawals and account eligibility before funding the account, even if you intend to bet entirely with cash.
