We read everything that arrives. This page explains where to send what, so your message reaches the person who can do something about it.

Corrections and editorial

editorial@regulon.co.uk

If something on this site is factually wrong, this is the fastest route to getting it fixed. Licensing changes quickly and registers are updated without announcement, so corrections are genuinely useful to us rather than an inconvenience.

Send the page, the specific claim, and a source if you have one. A regulator’s register entry, an ordinance, or a screenshot of terms with a visible date all work. We will make the correction, date it, and note it on the page where the change is material.

If you are an operator and we have described your licence incorrectly, use this address rather than a commercial one. Factual corrections are handled by the editorial desk regardless of whether we have any commercial relationship with you.

Data protection and privacy

privacy@regulon.co.uk

Use this address for any request about your personal data, including access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, objecting to processing, or withdrawing consent you have previously given.

We respond within one month, as required under UK data protection law, and will tell you promptly if a request is complex enough to need longer. Our privacy policy sets out what we collect and why.

Commercial and partnerships

partnerships@regulon.co.uk

Affiliate enquiries, advertising and commercial proposals go here, and they stay here. The commercial desk cannot influence a rating, change a position in a comparison or arrange for criticism to be removed, and asking will not change that. Our affiliate disclosure explains the separation.

Complaints about Regulon

complaints@regulon.co.uk

If you think we have published something misleading, failed to disclose a commercial relationship, or handled your data badly, tell us directly. We will acknowledge within five working days and respond substantively within twenty.

If you are not satisfied with how we handle a data protection complaint, you have the right to complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office, the UK supervisory authority for data protection.

What we cannot help with

We want to be straight about this, because it is the most common message we receive.

We cannot recover money from a casino. We are a publisher. We hold no regulatory authority, we are not a dispute resolution service, and we have no power to compel an operator to release a balance, reverse a decision or reopen an account. Any claim to the contrary would be dishonest.

What we can do is point you at the right route. Our page on what to do if a casino will not pay sets out the escalation path for each licence we cover, and the short version is that the route depends entirely on the regime. A Malta licensee’s player can escalate to the authority and, where applicable, to an alternative dispute resolution body. A Curaçao or Anjouan complaint is recorded against the operator but will not release your balance. A Costa Rica operation has no regulator above it at all.

We also cannot open accounts, verify your identity, intervene with a payment provider, or contact an operator on your behalf.

If gambling is causing harm

If you are contacting us because gambling has stopped being entertainment, please go to one of these instead. They are free, independent and confidential, and none of them are us.

GamCare offers free confidential advice and runs the National Gambling Helpline on 0808 8020 133, open at any hour. The NHS runs specialist gambling clinics in England that you can refer yourself to. GamStop lets you self exclude from every casino licensed by the Gambling Commission in a single registration, free, in a few minutes.

If you are in immediate crisis, the Samaritans can be reached on 116 123 at any time.

Who you are writing to

We are a publisher and comparison site. We are not licensed by the Gambling Commission, we do not accept wagers, we do not hold customer funds, and we have no regulatory function of any kind.
