We checked the published licensing records and UK eligibility policies of eight Anjouan-listed casinos on 2 October 2026. Six explicitly excluded UK players. Razed listed the UK as restricted but left account eligibility unclear, while Jackpotter’s available policy did not establish UK account eligibility. None was confirmed as expressly permitting UK accounts. Separate searches of the UK Gambling Commission’s register found no matching records for these operators or domains.

The Anjouan register entry column records what the Anjouan licence register displayed on the checking date: the legal operator, licence number, valid B2C status and matching domain. B2C means business-to-consumer gambling. The UK account policy column reports the operator’s published position. The UKGC column reports a separate register search; it does not describe the operator’s willingness to accept an account.
References [1]–[8] identify the policy evidence below. All were reviewed on 2 October 2026. The sample is not an exhaustive survey of Anjouan online casinos, and the findings should not be extended to unexamined brands or different domains. In particular, an unclear classification is a gap in the evidence, not an indication that UK play is permitted.
Thrill’s regional help page excludes people located in or resident in the UK. It separately explains that browsing, login or withdrawal functions may remain accessible while registration, deposits and play are restricted. That distinction matters to an existing customer: access to an account does not necessarily mean permission to continue gambling.
The licensing connection is recorded against thrill.com and Gravity Unleashed Limitada, rather than inferred from the brand name alone. The register listed ALSI-202506019-FI1 as valid, with an expiry date of 18 June 2027.
Rainbet’s Terms and Conditions, clause 4.1.3, prohibit use by residents of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland and people accessing the website from there. The wording addresses residence and location separately. Travelling outside the UK therefore does not, by itself, resolve the restriction on UK residents.
Rain Group Ltd and rainbet.com matched the Anjouan register entry in the table. Clause 8.6 also connects breaches of the restricted-use policy to uncertainty over processing withdrawals or refunds. This is a specific published consequence of territorial eligibility, not a finding from a tested payment.
FortuneJack names the UK in its prohibited-territory clause, 16.1. Its operator-wide restriction must be read before the provider-specific country lists that follow. A supplier listed without additional restrictions would not cancel the casino’s general prohibition.
The register connects fortunejack.com to PlayWave SRL and ALSI-202411021-FI1. Its recorded expiry date, 3 November 2026, was still in the future at review. That date is particularly relevant to anyone revisiting the finding later: this article does not establish whether a subsequent renewal occurred.
MYBC’s terms name the UK in clause 4.1.3, covering both residence and access from the country. The restriction supports an explicit exclusion classification for mybc.game. It should not be transferred to another similarly named website without checking that website’s own operator and terms.
AceQueen Limited and ALSI-202604006-FI1 appear in the matching Anjouan record. This establishes the documented licensing connection used for inclusion in the sample; the territorial conclusion comes from MYBC’s terms.
Betzo’s Terms and Conditions PDF, updated 8 May 2026, includes the UK in clause 4.1.3. It prohibits use by residents and people accessing the website from the listed territories. The operator is Global Gaming Dynamics Ltd, whose Anjouan entry includes betzo.net under ALSI-152406035-FI4.
The register also lists other domains against this licence. They were not counted as additional researched casinos: the finding here concerns Betzo’s published terms and the named domain. A multi-domain licence does not establish identical account policies across every associated brand.
Play and Predict’s Terms of Use, dated 22 September 2026, prohibit access from the UK in section 3. The corresponding Anjouan register entry identifies Blackmere Ltd, ALSI-202605032-FI1 and playandpredict.io.
The current terms were retrieved directly and took precedence over an older indexed version. The finding rests on the September document. It does not infer permission from a registration screen or rely on an earlier policy remaining unchanged.
Razed’s clause 3.5 lists the UK among restricted countries but uses conditional language about limitations on deposits and real-money play. It also warns that withdrawals or refunds may not always be processed for users in those jurisdictions. This supports the restricted classification, without establishing either express permission or an unequivocal complete account ban.
The register names Wild Technology Limitada, while the terms use Wild Technology Ltd. The domain and licence number match, but the company-name wording differs. That discrepancy remains disclosed; it is not silently treated as proof of identical legal identity.
Jackpotter’s available Prohibited Territories page does not name the UK in its short general country list. However, that list incorporates other jurisdictions prohibited by the licensing bodies. The provider lists also include UK restrictions for GameArt, Habanero, Microgaming and Playtech. The absence of the UK from the short general list is therefore insufficient to establish account permission.
The Anjouan record links jackpotter.com to Bravo Entertainment Ltd. and ALSI-202505025-FI1. The operator’s AML policy uses ALSI, while its Terms of Service footer displays ALSJ. The table reproduces the register’s number and leaves the disclosure discrepancy unresolved.
| Question | Evidence needed | What it establishes |
|---|---|---|
| Can I register? | A working sign-up process. | Technical access only; no registration tests were performed. |
| Am I eligible? | Explicit operator terms covering residence and location. | Contractual permission. Missing restrictions alone do not establish permission. |
| Is service authorised? | The relevant UKGC operator and domain records for Great Britain. | Regulatory permission, separate from registration and account eligibility. |
The UKGC’s remote gambling guidance requires operators serving consumers in Great Britain to hold the relevant Commission licence, including businesses based abroad. An Anjouan casino licence does not replace this requirement. Check the company serving the account, rather than assuming that another company’s licence covers every website within a group.
Great Britain means England, Scotland and Wales. The Commission’s regulatory-scope guidance distinguishes Northern Ireland: it does not regulate the provision of remote gambling there, but advertising remote gambling to Northern Irish consumers requires a Commission licence. An operator’s UK-wide contractual exclusion and the Commission’s territorial remit are therefore separate matters.
A working registration form, sterling display, payment logo or visible promotion shows a website feature. None states the complete contractual policy for UK residents. Provider access can be narrower than account eligibility, as Jackpotter’s lists illustrate, while account functions can remain available after play is restricted, as Thrill explains. Resolve the applicable terms before interpreting these features as permission.
Anjouan’s Registry Disclaimer says domain information is supplied by licence holders and updates are periodic. A matching entry is a published licensing record, not independent proof of domain ownership, reliable withdrawals or compliance with every player-protection requirement. This article does not turn register status into a safety rating.
The distinction also applies to Anjouan’s Regulatory Standards. They set obligations covering customer checks, game testing, account controls and separation of player funds. Those published obligations do not demonstrate that a particular operator has implemented them successfully. No practical compliance assessment was performed for this review.
Thrill’s help page allows for some withdrawal functions to remain accessible despite restrictions on further play. Rainbet’s clause 8.6 and Razed’s clause 3.5 instead warn of potential withdrawal or refund problems linked to restricted territories. These are different published positions; none establishes the outcome for a particular balance.
For an existing account, ask the operator which restriction applies, whether it concerns residence or current location, and which version of the terms it is applying. Request a breakdown of deposits, settled winnings and bonus credit. The explanation should identify the balance affected and the clause relied on, rather than treating all account funds as interchangeable.
Keep the accepted terms, account history, withdrawal request and correspondence. If the policy changed, retain the change notice and dates. Do not alter identity or location information to bypass the restriction. The objective is to obtain a documented account decision, including any available withdrawal or closure procedure.
An operator’s statement that it may withhold funds is its contractual position, not an independent ruling on the enforceability of that provision. A disputed balance may require advice specific to the player, contract and jurisdiction. This research did not assess recovery prospects or establish that all restricted accounts receive the same treatment.
Know your customer (KYC) means identity and related account checks. A request for documents, a country restriction and a payment awaiting transfer are different reasons for delay. Ask which issue prevents completion and what remains outstanding. Keep submission receipts so a later complaint can distinguish a missing document from an unresolved eligibility decision.
No payment method was tested for UK availability. Advertised transaction speed cannot establish how long an operator will take to approve a disputed withdrawal, or whether it will process one for an excluded account. The useful evidence is the operator’s written response to the specific request.
The Player Complaint Process lists complaints from excluded territories as outside its stated regulatory review. This limitation is directly relevant to the six explicit UK exclusions. Do not assume that accepting a deposit guarantees access to this process; ask how the territorial condition applies to the dispute.
The published procedure directs players to the complaint function in the operator’s interactive seal. It gives submission deadlines of 14 calendar days for game disputes and 30 for account disputes, followed by 30 calendar days for the operator to investigate and respond. Save the submission confirmation and explain the requested remedy clearly.
Unresolved cases can proceed to approved alternative dispute resolution (ADR), with the operator bearing the cost. The licence conditions require provider details in player terms, subject to a renewal transition for existing licensees. Establish which provider covers the operator and whether it accepts a case involving your location; an approved-provider listing alone does not settle that question.
Anjouan Gaming says it does not adjudicate individual player disputes. A report about licence compliance and a demand for repayment therefore have different purposes. If a route refuses the complaint, retain the reason and any referral provided rather than assuming the refusal resolves the underlying balance dispute.
The eight-site sample consisted of identifiable Anjouan register entries with public territorial material available for examination. It was assembled for documentary checks, not selected through account testing or a market-wide census. The names in the table are the complete researched sample; associated domains were not added without their own policy review.
For Anjouan, the checks matched each domain to its company, licence number, displayed status and expiry. All eight records showed valid B2C status with unexpired dates on 2 October 2026. These findings concern the retrieved register data and do not certify future status.
For Britain, the checks used the UKGC’s downloadable business-register data, including business, domain, trading-name and licence files. The business file contained 2,634 records. Searches covered exact domains, brands and legal companies, with company-name variants and similar names examined. Unrelated businesses were not counted as matches. Domain and trading-name data supplied by licensees may change after the download.
Classification required explicit territorial wording. A prohibition supported “UK excluded”; Razed’s conditional restrictions supported a narrower description. Jackpotter’s incomplete, dated material remained unconfirmed. Missing restrictions were not converted into permission, and failure to retrieve a page was not treated as proof that a policy did not exist.
References identify exact policy addresses, clauses or sections and the review date. An operator’s displayed document date is different from the date this review checked it. Where older indexed text conflicted with a directly retrieved current version, the current document took precedence. Where a current version remained unavailable, that limitation stays beside the affected finding.
Register downloads, policy retrieval records and available direct HTML or PDF copies were saved privately. Those records preserve the basis of the classifications; they do not substitute for checking later changes. Some pages were retrievable through browsing tools when a direct download failed. Jackpotter’s territorial finding relies specifically on indexed material, as disclosed above.
No accounts were opened, registration attempts made, deposits sent or withdrawals tested. No complaint was submitted and no customer-service outcome was measured. This is a review of published records and policies, not a hands-on casino review or a guarantee of account access, payment performance or dispute resolution.
Our eight-casino review confirmed no expressly permitted UK accounts. Six excluded UK players; Razed and Jackpotter remained unclear. These findings do not cover the entire market.
No. Serving consumers in Great Britain requires the appropriate UKGC licence. Operator permission under account terms is a separate question from regulatory authorisation.
No. A working sign-up form establishes technical access, not contractual permission. Check the operator’s terms for restrictions covering both residence and current location.
The published policies differ. Thrill allows for some withdrawal access; Rainbet and Razed warn of restrictions. Request a written decision about your balance.
The published process excludes complaints from excluded territories from regulatory review. Ask the operator and its dispute provider whether your location affects access to their procedures.
