Regulon contains information about real-money gambling. You must be 18 or over to continue.
A new Curaçao online casino should have an identifiable legal operator, evidence covering its website and a supported opening date. In this article, “new” means opened within the previous 12 months: 2 October 2025 to 2 October 2026. A new name, licence or review does not automatically qualify.
Advertising disclosure: we may earn commission from links below. How this works
This review did not establish a casino meeting all five inclusion requirements: a supported opening date, identifiable contractual operator, exact domain, domain-specific licensing evidence and readable account terms covering eligibility. It therefore presents launch checks and unresolved candidates, not a recommended shortlist. A broader search also failed to establish a fully supported addition.
Casina, Lussurio and LuckyFruits were selected because review sites described them as recent launches and CGA certificate records could be located for their domains. This is a targeted sample, not a survey of every new casino. Jack is included solely to illustrate a documented rebrand.
Access limitation, 2 October 2026: the Curaçao Gaming Authority (CGA) homepage displays a notice that its online gaming portal is offline. Retrieved certificate copies showed the details below, but their live status could not be confirmed during this review. The notice does not establish the cause of the LuckyFruits discrepancy.
| Casino | Launch date/evidence | Company named on CGA certificate | Licence findings | Verdict |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Casina | Kingbonus reports 1 November 2025; Miragica claims Italian availability from April 2025. | 130Group N.V. | Certificate for casina.com: OGL/2024/129/0131; retrieved copy displays Active. | Original opening unverified. |
| Lussurio | CasinosInCanada reports 2026; BetterBonus reports 2025. | Goodwin N.V. | Certificate for lussurio.com: OGL/2024/758/0228; retrieved copy displays Active. | Opening year and primary evidence unresolved. |
| LuckyFruits | CasinosInCanada reports 2026; primary opening evidence unconfirmed. | Trivico BV | Domain certificate displays Active; September register says Assessment in progress. | Opening date and regulatory status require clarification. |
| Jack, formerly Jackbit | Company announcement, 29 May 2026, describes a rebrand and a business founded in 2022. | Not checked for this rebrand example. | Not assessed for newcomer inclusion. | Documented rebrand, not a new opening. |
The company names above are certificate findings. They were not cross-checked against readable account terms, and country restrictions were not verified for these candidates. None is recommended for registration on this evidence.
Casina’s secondary sources describe different events: Kingbonus reports a 1 November 2025 opening, while Miragica claims Italian availability from April 2025. Neither independently establishes the original opening date. The reports are not treated as equally reliable merely because both exist; neither meets the primary-evidence requirement. Casina remains outside the confirmed-new-launch category.
Two records describe the same licence differently. The domain-specific CGA certificate for LuckyFruits retrieved on 2 October 2026 connects luckyfruits.com with Trivico BV, company number 166069, under OGL/2024/799/0255. It displays Active and a grant date of 31 July 2025.
The CGA register dated 21 September 2026, row 133, lists Trivico B.V. under the same company and licence numbers. Its issue field is 31 January 2026, expiry field 31 July 2026, and status Assessment in progress.
The domain certificate and dated operator overview serve different purposes, but that does not reconcile their statuses. No source checked explained the difference. It does not establish that the operator is unlicensed; current status remains unresolved and needs CGA clarification.
It qualifies here only when evidence supports an actual opening within the stated window. Separate four situations before interpreting a “new casino” label.
A new brand under an established operator. The brand can be genuinely new while its legal company has years of experience. Regulatory decisions and documented complaint outcomes belong to the company’s history; withdrawals and account handling at the new website belong to the brand’s own record. Keep those two sets of evidence separate.
A new operator’s first casino. Both the business and brand may lack an operating record. A founder’s experience or a software supplier’s reputation is background, not customer experience with the new operator.
A rebrand. A different name, domain or design can continue an existing service. Jack’s announcement explicitly describes a rebrand with accounts continuing, which is why its 2026 announcement does not qualify it as a new opening.
An existing casino receiving a new licence. This dates a regulatory event. Keep it separate from the first day customers could gamble, even when the authorisation is recent.
For newly launched Curaçao casinos, look for an opening announcement that identifies the brand and confirms availability, supported by contemporaneous evidence of operation. Incorporation dates, domain registrations and planned launches answer different questions. When the opening date remains unsupported, label it unverified.
Compare the conditions available to an ordinary new customer in your country and currency. A launch offer, a promised app and an established payment record are different kinds of evidence.
Prioritise three decisions: whether the opening is supported, whether the company and domain match the licensing records, and whether the account conditions fit your intended use. For an unresolved candidate in the findings table, the next step is obtaining the missing evidence; a larger bonus does not resolve it.
Keep a short record of the source, date and unresolved point for each finding. A comparison should distinguish a term published by the operator from a transaction someone actually documented. This makes later updates meaningful when a newcomer has accumulated more evidence.
To check a Curaçao casino licence, connect the legal business with the exact website:
The CGA’s certification policy distinguishes an operator’s licence certificate from the Certificate of Operation covering a player-facing domain. A new brand does not necessarily require a newly licensed company, but the existing company’s licence is not, by itself, evidence covering that new website.
Newness alone cannot establish safety, and these unresolved findings do not support a safety endorsement. Assess evidence of actual account handling at the new website: completed payments, explained verification requests and resolved complaints.
Early reviews should identify the site, date and testing method. A rating built from promotional terms does not document service experience. If identity, domain coverage or essential account conditions remain unclear, postpone the decision.
Only if the applicable local rules and the operator’s restrictions permit it; a Curaçao licence does not provide worldwide permission. Establish eligibility before comparing introductory offers or funding methods.
For England, Scotland and Wales, the Gambling Commission’s remote gambling requirements require businesses serving consumers in Great Britain to hold the appropriate licence, including overseas businesses. A Curaçao-only licence is insufficient.
Elsewhere, consult the relevant regulator’s guidance for online casino games. Residence and current physical location may both matter. Successful registration does not settle eligibility.
New casinos may advertise introductory offers alongside ongoing promotions. Distinguish the campaign’s closing date from your personal wagering deadline. The latter may run from activation or crediting. Save the conditions attached to your account: an offer advertised during launch may later change.
In a hypothetical example, a €50 deposit receives a €50 bonus. A requirement of 35 times the bonus means €1,750 in qualifying wagers. At 35 times the deposit plus bonus, it becomes €3,500. These are turnover requirements, not guaranteed losses or withdrawable balances.
Game contribution matters too. At 10% contribution, a €10 wager advances the requirement by €1. Fifty free spins at €0.10 represent €5 in game stakes, not €5 of withdrawable cash.
Read the maximum stake, eligible games, expiry, convertible-winnings cap and cancellation rules together. Check whether requesting a withdrawal removes bonus funds or related winnings. If a launch offer requires more spending or faster play than you intended, declining it may suit your plans better.
Published withdrawal times are operator-stated estimates or commitments; check when the stated period begins. For a new website, documented payment experience should identify the request date, identity checks, approval, release and receipt.
An advertised delivery time beginning after approval excludes the approval wait. Separate that timing from account limits. In a hypothetical example, a €6,000 withdrawable balance subject to a €2,000 monthly cap needs at least three monthly allowances to release in full. Fast individual payments do not remove the cap; elapsed time depends on allowance periods and processing.
Before funding, establish the ordinary account’s withdrawal method, fees and limits, plus the documents required for identity verification. If payment is delayed, retain the applicable terms, request date and outstanding requirements. These details help distinguish an explained verification step from an unresolved payment complaint.
Assess the features available now, rather than those announced for a later launch phase. An upcoming app, live-casino section or payment method should remain marked as planned until available from your location.
A new website may carry familiar games. What distinguishes its launch is how the account works: whether you can request withdrawals, submit documents and activate limits on the devices supported today. Record missing functions alongside advertised features.
A new service should already provide accessible complaint, limit-setting and self-exclusion procedures. Establish how each works and its scope; a plan to add controls later is not a usable protection.
Curaçao’s National Ordinance on Games of Chance, the Landsverordening op de kansspelen (LOK), provides for complaints without charge and alternative dispute resolution at the licensee’s expense. Article 5.3 of the law published by the CGA sets this timetable:
These are statutory duties, not evidence that a particular website follows them. Keep the terms, messages and account decision, and use the operator’s formal escalation route. The CGA can receive reports of regulatory breaches but does not mediate individual disputes or order compensation.
For British self-exclusion, GAMSTOP explains its coverage: online gambling companies licensed in Great Britain must participate. A new offshore brand should not be used to bypass an existing exclusion.
GamCare offers support if gambling affects your finances or wellbeing. Seeking help does not require waiting for an account dispute to end.
Not automatically. Compare operational features and account conditions. A launch promotion is only one part of that comparison.
A rebrand continues an existing service under a different identity. Look for account continuity and an explicit rebranding announcement, as in the Jack example above.
Few reviews leave service quality less established. Prefer specific, dated transaction reports over unexplained ratings. Waiting for a clearer record is an option.
